What you enter stays on your device

Employee names, hourly rates, clock times and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and we have no account system or database that could hold them.

Because the data lives only in your browser, it won't appear on another device or in another browser, and clearing your browser's site data deletes it. You can also delete everything at any time with “Delete all saved data” at the bottom of the calculator.

Files you download or print

CSV downloads and printouts are created in your browser. Once saved, they're under your control like any other file.

Services this site loads

• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. When the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
• Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site.

We don't use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before it happens.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
