About Crew Hours

Crew Hours is a free time card calculator for small businesses and team leads who still add up hours by hand. You enter each person's clock-in and clock-out times once, and the calculator totals hours, breaks, overtime and gross pay for the whole team on one sheet.

What it does

• Totals daily and weekly hours, with unpaid breaks subtracted
• Handles night shifts that cross midnight
• Rounds clock times to a step you choose (5, 6, 10 or 15 minutes)
• Counts overtime using daily and weekly thresholds you set
• Covers 1-week and 2-week pay periods, checking each week separately
• Exports a CSV and prints a summary for payroll

What it doesn't do

The calculator doesn't know which wage and hour laws apply to your business, and it doesn't apply any by default. Overtime only appears once you set the thresholds that match your rules. It doesn't calculate taxes, deductions or benefits, and the gross pay shown is hours multiplied by the rates you enter.
